Privacy Policy
Effective November 4, 2026. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.
1. Who we are
Project Cam (the "app") is developed by UNDERGROUND HOLDING S.A.C. (Peruvian tax ID RUC 20610770763), located at Mz. B85 Lote 33, Urb. Nicolás Garatea, Nuevo Chimbote, Santa, Áncash, Perú ("we"). For any privacy question, email soporte@undergroundholding.com.
2. Summary
- We have no servers of our own: your photos, videos, locations and projects are stored on your phone or computer.
- We do not require registration or a user account.
- The free version shows Google AdMob ads, which may use your device's advertising identifier.
- We do not sell your data.
3. Data the app uses and why

You can deny or withdraw each permission in the system settings; some features will then be unavailable.
4. Third-party services
- Google AdMob (Free plan on phones only): shows ads and may collect the advertising identifier, device data, approximate location from IP address and ad interactions. On iPhone, the app asks for your permission (App Tracking Transparency) before using the identifier for personalised ads; if you decline, ads are not personalised. On Android you can reset or delete the identifier in Google settings. More information: Google advertising policies. Paid plans do not load AdMob.
- iCloud Drive (optional, Pro plan on iPhone): if you turn on sync, project files are copied to the iCloud folder you choose, under your Apple account and Apple's privacy policy. We have no access to that folder.
- Internet time (optional): to verify the time, the app reads the date from an Apple server (apple.com). No personal or project data is sent.
- Open-Meteo weather (optional): to add weather to the stamp, the app sends your approximate coordinates to Open-Meteo. No other data is sent.
- Maps: viewing the map downloads satellite or street imagery from the map provider, which receives your IP address and the area requested.
- Purchases: subscriptions are processed by the App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your payment details, only the subscription status.
5. Sharing
Photos and reports only leave your device when you share them (WhatsApp, email, the PC over Wi-Fi, iCloud or others). Sync with the PC happens directly over your local network, not over the internet.
6. Retention and deletion
Data stays on your device for as long as you keep it. You can delete photos and projects in the app (the trash empties after 7 days) or uninstall it to remove everything. Copies you shared or stored in iCloud or on the PC are deleted from there.
7. Your rights
Under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733) and similar laws elsewhere (such as the GDPR), you may request access, rectification, deletion or objection regarding data we process. Since we do not keep your data on our own servers, in practice you control it from your device. Send any request to soporte@undergroundholding.com.
8. Children
The app is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
9. Security
Data is stored with your device's operating system protections. PC sync uses a one-time code included in the QR.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
